Production team

The production team is equipped with a number of fully automated production lines and injection molding machines, extruders, blister machines and other large processing equipment. Workshop supervisors with 20 years of production experience and a large number of front-line employees can greatly improve the production schedule and get the goods to your hands.

Quality inspection team

The quality inspection team is equipped with mechanical testing machine, ultraviolet aging meter, density meter and other professional testing equipment, real-time sampling inspection of products in the production line to ensure product quality.

Entrepreneurial Experience:  

● Born in a rural area of Sichuan Province, Mr. Chen Xinhua grew up surrounded by bamboo forests, which instilled in him a deep appreciation for nature. Motivated by his commitment to environmental protection and the pursuit of innovation, he relocated to Xiamen in 1994 and entered the plastic processing industry. Over the next decade, he diligently studied and accumulated extensive experience in research and development, manufacturing technology, and management. In 2004, Mr. Chen founded Xiamen Hualilong Plastic Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., focusing on the development of artificial roofing products, particularly synthetic bamboo thatch.

● In 2010, Hualilong successfully launched its first-generation synthetic bamboo products, which received widespread acclaim from the market. Building on this success, in 2016, the company collaborated with Japanese partners to introduce the second generation of synthetic bamboo products, significantly enhancing both product performance and market recognition. To date, under Mr. Chen's leadership, the company continues to innovate and develop more realistic, safe, and durable synthetic bamboo products, aiming to reduce the need for natural bamboo harvesting and contribute to environmental conservation.

● Since founding the company, Mr. Chen has consistently adhered to the principles of protecting the environment and minimizing the felling of natural bamboo. He emphasizes innovation, excellence, integrity in management, and win-win cooperation. His personal philosophy guides the company's mission to promote sustainable development through continuous research and development of eco-friendly products.

● In the future, Chen Xinhua will continue to lead Xiamen Huali Long Plastic Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. to focus on the research and development and production of simulated roof products, contributing to the protection of the ecological environment and sustainable development. At the same time, he also hopes to build the company into a world-leading supplier of plastic simulation products, providing high-quality products and services to global customers.
