ASA
Optimized for permanent outdoor installations, our ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) material employs advanced UV-absorbing stabilizers and hydrolysis-resistant polymer architecture, maintaining chromatic stability and mechanical strength through 40+ annual thermal cycles (-50°C to 120°C).

ABS is a copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene, which has the advantages of high strength and good toughness. Engineered with advanced polymer stabilization, our modified ABS compound achieves B1 flame resistance and 4000+ hour TUV weathering certification, maintaining dimensional stability across -20°C to 85°C environments.    The balanced formulation integrates impact strength (≥40kJ/m²) with UV-blocking additives, ideal for outdoor electronics housings, automotive trims, and architectural moldings.
